…is the patient, artisanal way…one barrel at a time, which results in an extremely limited production of Mighty Yee Wines.  My wine-stained hands are involved every step of the way.

Mighty Yee Wines stained hands

That’s right – sorting, inoculating, taking brix & temp readings, doing punchdowns by hand (great arm workout by the way), and tasting every day during fermentation as the grape juice converts into wine.

Then of course, there’s pressing, aging, blending, bottling, and many other details along the way.  When you drink Mighty Yee Wines, you’re enjoying a bottle that I have overseen from start to finish.

Do I have a vineyard?  I wish I did!  In the meantime, I source my grapes from premium CA vineyards, such Heringer Estates in Clarksburg, Hux Vineyards in Lodi or Albini Family Vineyards in Sonoma.

Mighty Yee Wines also DRINKS FOR A CAUSE.  A portion of proceeds will ALWAYS be donated to a noteworthy charity.  I may be a very small business, but have a Mighty big heart.  I’ve donated to the American Red Cross, the American Cancer Society, Wounded Warriors, Downtown Women’s Center Los Angeles and La Luz Center in Sonoma.

A special shout-out to my invaluable consulting winemaker, Cindy Cosco of Passaggio Wines.
