2019 Verdejo, Heringer Estates, Clarksburg
Wine arouses my senses and this Spanish varietal makes me want to hop on a plane and escape to Spain.
This Verdejo brings forth hints of apple blossoms, Meyer lemon zest and green apples with a crisp acidity. I love eating spicy or Chinese food with this wine.
Aged in stainless steel. Bottled February 2020, released March 2020.

2018 Chenin Blanc, Heringer Estates, Clarksburg
In high school, one of my best friends had a dog named Chenin Blanc, aka Chenny, and it was also a wine her parents enjoyed. This wine is in memory of Chenny and my friend’s parents.
Take a deep breath and draw in the elegance of Asian pear, pomelo and floral notes. This dry, crisp wine pairs well with salads, sushi, white fish and raw oysters.

2019 Rosé of Tempranillo, Heringer Estates, Clarksburg (Sold Out)
Tempranillo is mainly used for red wine in the US, so I opted for the other way to use red grapes by making a rosé.
Let the floral and citrus aromas entice you, then seduce your palate with notes of wild strawberry and stone fruits. This is one of those wines you can enjoy with lunch, brunch, dinner or anything in between. As you can see in the photo, I enjoy it poolside.
Aged in stainless steel. Bottled February 2020, released March 2020.

2018 Syrah, Fieldsa Vineyards, Sonoma Valley
One of my fav holiday wines – Syrah. Although I do drink it year round!
A leather and lace combo with an earthy core preceded by baked plum and blackberry, rosemary and sage, then a lingering finish of white pepper and black tea.
Aged in neutral French oak for 18 months. Bottled July 2020, released in October 2020.
$32/bottle*. Due to extremely limited production, contact me for purchases.
2017 Zinfandel, Hux Vineyards, Lodi
Visiting Barbara Huecksteadt at her home & vineyard in Lodi is always a pleasure and something I look forward to during harvest. It’s a treat to spend quality time with her and her dogs on her wonderful property.
This Zinfandel was aged in Russian oak (yes, I said Russian!) and French oak for a spicy approach. This Zin entices you with rich dark raspberry, paprika and pepper. Enjoy it with some spicy foods to experience how the spice comes alive in the wine.
Aged in new Russian oak and neutral French oak for 18 months. Bottled in June 2019, released in October 2019.
$28/bottle*. Due to extremely limited production, contact me for purchases.
